Speedball is a full body exercise when correct technique is implemented. It has benefits for athletes in serious training and for those who just want to get fit. It conditions the heart and the muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, butt, hamstrings and calves. It also works the pectorals, abdomen, thighs, knees, shins and ankles. It works the aerobic and anaerobic systems at the same time, thus producing overall fitness. The benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness, strength, reflexes, muscle endurance and increased concentration levels and coordination.
The optimal size of the ball, the most beneficial technique and the most effective time intervals to use, in order to achieve maximum results were all meticulously calculated and available for free in our online 12 week fitness program.
The speedball adapts to each individual. The more effort you put into the exercise, the greater the level of resistance the ball provides and, as a consequence maximises the conditioning your body receives. People of all ages and fitness levels are able to use the equipment at an appropriate level, without fear of injury, and as an exercise is very affordable to the point of free if you join your local gym.

I used the speed ball purely for excersise..
I was not aware the benifits your entire body gets out of sleedball training .
I have had a rest from the speed ball for a few years actually and only now use it occasionally.
I guess I’m turning lazy but I have not lost the skill maybe the endurance but skill I still have.
