The Jim Bradley Ripstop punching bag is ideal for home use. This bag is made out of a highly durable ripstop material (not recommended for gymnasiums). The re-enforced circle strap disperses impact forces equally around the circumference of the bag   

A work-out on a jim bradley punching bag is an excellent strength and conditioning exercise, builds up aerobic capacity and improves hand-eye co-ordination.

Our Domestic boxing bags come in red or blue as standard and 3 sizes,

• 90cm (3ft) Punching Bag (approx 20-25KG)
  
• 120cm (4ft) Punching Bag (approx 25-30KG)

Choose to upgrade the boxing bag to have  a 30mm "shock absorbent" inner foam lining that provides for a softer hit as well as enable the bag to maintain its shape and consistency.

Installation chain and swivel not included.
