Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For smaller items (shipped with Auspost), shipping times are approximately 4 business days from dispatch.
For larger orders (shipped with Direct Freight), including metalwork, punching bags, and speedballs units, etc, shipping times are 2-3 business days from dispatch.
The lead times listed above are estimates only, it doesn't take into consideration custom orders or shipping delays out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is for all items that are heavier than 19.99kg. We calculate shipping costs based on geographical location and the total weight of the order.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to all of Australia for light products including speedballs, boxing gloves, wrist wraps, and bladders. The total weight needs to be under 19.99 kg.
If you want to make an order that requires custom work, please get in contact with us directly regarding shipping costs.
Local delivery
$30 local delivery is available within 20km of our Keilor East Warehouse. Please call prior to purchase for a discounted shipping rate. Reduction to shipping rates cannot occur after the purchase has been made. Please note we only provide delivery under this package on the Tuesday & Thursday.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Keilor East Factory. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up either the same day, or within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 3 pm 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@jimbradley.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship small product orders to PO Boxes, unfortunately for larger product orders, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We will be in contact with you if we require a physical shipping location and you haven't stated an address at checkout.
