I bought this punching bag because it was at my gym and I loved it! it was soft and light and easy to punch. I did add my weigh and my daughter's weigh when we bought it to make sure that was as light as the other, however, the bag we received was extremely heavy and hard, which means we will barely use it. I sent a complain and received a phone call from an agent, he was attentive, but the only solution that gave us was to go to the gym and hang it there to make it softer with more use. The bag has been sitting at our place with no use since.
