Floor Mounted Kick Bag

It has been ok. I made a mistake and bought the solid stem base instead of the one on a spring. Unfortunately didn’t realise until bag was bolted down.

Great product,better than I expected easy to install.
Different to the generic heavy bag I’m use to having no movement at all but still great to use.

Excellent bag, nice and sturdy yet padded enough for all users. Great size (height / width), nice bag for working hand / leg combinations. We have this bag bolted down in the middle of a room, which provides a great target to move around in order to develop foot work whilst throwing hand and leg combinations. A great addition would be an uppercut shelf/ridge around the upper section of the bag to simulate some of chin music into your combo's.

Possibly the best bag ive used, no swinging and jarring the wrist and as a heavy weight that bangs hard that can hurt (even wrapped)
The bag has just the right flexibility and padding with wraps and gloves its smoothe as any bag ive ever used if not better.
