Adding the board will allow for either the Floor mounted Kick bag or the Floor mounted Punch bag to be attached without having to drill holes in the floor.

This board, with non-slip rubberised base, transforms the unit into a piece of exercise equipment that is perfect for the flat, unit or apartment dweller who previously has been unable to work out on punch bags in their home environment.

The optional wheels and handle makes the unit very maneuverable and the  original Jim Bradley design mimics human movement as the bag moves from the top when struck not the base like conventional punch/kick bags. 

PLEASE NOTE: This board is recommended for use when attaching Kick/Punch Bags to non concrete floors.
