The pull up bar pictured does both hands facing and hands away pull ups which work on different muscles in your back.

Assembly information:

Takes a minute or so to put together, just need a shifter to tighten 4 bolts on the base that the uprights slide into.

Great, all-round upper body training

This piece of equipment is awesome! It’s great for exercising several different muscle groups, to incorporate into a HIIT workout, is super easy to install, and doesn’t take up much room at all. Overall, it’s really well designed and built. The only comment I have, towards improving it, is if the handles for the push-ups could be more rounded, rather than have the flat plate edges, I think it’d be a lot more comfortable and enjoyable to complete those exercises. Otherwise, it’s mint.
