Jim Bradley Fitness Program
The Jim Bradley Fitness Program is a tried and tested weight reduction and athletic improvement program. It has been used for over 50 years around the world by professional athletes, personal trainers and as part of weight reduction programs.
This 12 week daily program is perfect for cardiovascular training that utilizes your own bodyweight. This training not only reduces soft tissue injuries but also means that no expensive or large equipment is required. The workout will always commence with a Jim Bradley Speedball, which helps relax the mind and body. This will be followed by a circuit of the following activities:
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Dips
Squats
Pull-ups
You will receive a downloadable template to track your bodyweight strength progress. If you want to see better results, then add a speedball warmup onto your training.
