i have come to expect quality from all JB products over the years of running a boxing gym,however with this product i was a bit dissapointed, i used another brand that i bought secondhand prevous to this (ringmaster) and it was far superior your product it is too light and impact to great for the user i would not recomend for the older trainer as your body takes a beating whilst holding.
