company asking me to pay for freight for assessment on their faulty product. Very upsetting.
The bag arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Unfortunately the bag was slightly damaged so I emailed customer service but have had no reply. It is only a very small mark and I don't want to send the bag back but I was disappointed not to get any reply from customer service.
