Jim Bradley makes excellent products but this swivel very disappointing noisy and slow it is well made but that’s it as i have the LMF swivel made in USA and First rate boxiing swivel also US made in comparison 1 star

This is my 4th proball and the best thusfar.The previous proball was asymmetrical and we had to improvise alittle to get proper rhythms.This one is slightly heavier and more powerful, and my daughter really enjoys the workout.Speed ball is the best and quickest way to improve your fitness and speed especially for athletes and athletics.
