Tip: To inflate ball you need to disengage the lock on the zip with a piece of wire (paperclip will do)

Fill to 3 psi, and adjust to suit. Should be able to press two thumbs into the ball. 

Our Speedballs, Proballs and Floor to Ceiling Balls all have a replaceable bladder so if it ever gets a hole or leaks through the valve, it is easy to swap it over and have a usable ball again.
