The spread of COVID-19 is affecting all Australians both directly and indirectly. Taking advice from the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government, Jim Bradley Speedball is putting measures in place to mitigate the health risk for our staff, customers and the community in general. With some minor adjustments, we can reassure everyone that it's ‘business as usual’ at the Jim Bradley Speedball.
Starting from Wednesday, 18th March, the following changes will commence.
Customer Service and Dispatch
Nothing changes to the ordering process. The entire Jim Bradley Speedball team and our couriers are completely operational, with all orders being processed and delivered as normal.
All factory sales will cease. Customers are required to ring ahead and pay over the phone by credit card. In consultation with Jim Bradley Speedball customer service representative, a pickup time will be pre-arranged. When the order is ready, it will be placed in a designated pickup zone for collection, ensuring sufficient social distancing. During this period of uncertainty, no cash will be exchanged. All payments must be with either credit card or a direct bank deposit.
Gym visits, Installations and General Support
All Jim Bradley Speedball staff members are available to support our customers. Respecting the wishes of all stakeholders for social distancing protocol, a courtesy call will be made prior to any calls being made. Anyone who does not wish to see an Account Manager, please let us know and we’ll offer an alternative method of communication such as telephone or email.
These measures will be in place until the situation settles down and the experts notify it's safe to relax the temporary precautions.
