    The 18 Minute Speedball Workout

    18 minutes.

    It doesn’t sound like a lot, but, that is all the time you need for a great speedball work out. If you were to incorporate a speedball workout 4-5 times a week with 6 x 3 minute speedball sets you could achieve the following results:

    • Increased aerobic capacity
    • Lean muscle development
    • Increased core strength
    • Improved hand-eye coordination and reflexes, which is ideal for those who play ball sports
